South Africa’s First Lady Admits Plot To Poison Husband President Zuma

Madam Nompumelelo Ntuli-Zuma, wife to South African President, Jacob Zuma, will reportedly soon be charged to court with conspiracy to commit murder.

The South African First Lady has admitted a conspiracy between her and unknown government officials to poison her husband, City Press reports.

It’s been gathered that a docket has been opened with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) and Ntuli-Zuma has reportedly given her statement to investigators.

Ntuli-Zuma became a suspect when the president became ill in June 2014 and upon his visit to the US for medical check up, he was informed by several doctors that he had been poisoned.

Zuma’s wife has since been banned from the Nkandla homestead earlier this year following wild reports about the incident.

It is worthy of note that the First Lady has also been accused of cheating on the president with one of his bodyguards in the past.

An investigation is reportedly underway to find out whether NPA staff leaked information about the probe to reporters.
