WAR OVER? Martial settles Man Utd social media differences

Anthony Martial has ‘settled’ his social media differences with Manchester United.

The Mirror says he as re-followed United’s official Twitter account.

The France forward appeared to unfollow the club on social media after losing his No.9 shirt for the coming season.

New arrival Zlatan Ibrahimovic is taking the shirt, with Martial taking the No.11 jersey from Adnan Januzaj.

The Swedish star revealed last week that he ‘chose’ the number nine – before Martial appeared to take a swipe at United by changing his Facebook profile picture and cover photos to include his former shirt number.

The forward’s Twitter account had un-followed the official Manchester United page on the social media site too – but now it seems that any ‘rift’ between the two parties has blown over.
