With Chelsea preparing to host Paris Saint-Germain in a mouthwatering Champions League clash tomorrow night, West London is currently suspended in a state of nail-biting apprehension.
PSG bring a 2-1 lead into the Round of 16 second leg at Stamford Bridge, so The Blues simply have to take the game to their opponents. Guus Hiddink needs his strikers to be on top form if they’re going to blast their way past the French champions.
Though it’s probably not what they intended, PSG’s social media team may have given Diego Costa the motivation he needs to do just that.
As we all know, Diego is a player who thrives on antagonism. If a defender tries to rile him during a match, he tends to either score straightaway or tempt said defender into a rash confrontation – one which rarely ends well for his foe.
Now, PSG have tried to rile Costa before their match with Chelsea has even begun. Bizarrely, they’ve just tweeted a clip accusing Costa of being a “fraud” (in comparison to these superheroes, at least).

Les Parisiens may intend this as playful trolling, but we imagine Costa will take it quite seriously. He doesn’t seem like the sort of guy who enjoys jokes at his own expense.
