Montreal Impact are already planning for life without Didier Drogba.
Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink confirmed last week plans to add Drogba to his staff for the remainder of the season.
Impact had also stated they would not hold Drogba against his will and Canadian media sources say the MLS club are already shopping for a replacement striker signing.
Just yesterday, Hiddink couldn’t rule out Drogba’s appointment.
“He is a legend of Chelsea. But he has a contract with Montreal for the moment, and we must respect that also. It depends on the player himself. We must give him time and opportunity to find out what is best for him.
“He could be part of the staff, or have an ambassadorial role,” said the Blues manager.
