After seeing his team mate and international team mate Cesc Fabregas booed off of the pitch at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, Pedro Rodriguez has spoken out and backed the man with the “magic hat” to win over the Chelsea faithful.

It’s interesting to see that people who had accused Fabregas of wrong doing have come out and acknowledged that they made a mistake after Jose Mourinho admitted that Fabregas had nothing to do with the reported player unrest in the dressing room!

Despite that, the situation on Saturday was horrible for Fabregas. I can imagine that it’s not a nice feeling hearing that as you walk off of the pitch, especially as you have done nothing wrong!

Well I say he has done nothing wrong, but he has along with everyone else in a Chelsea shirt (apart from Willian) by under performing and being utter shit this season for one reason or another.

So to Pedro and the crowd reaction. He has known Cesc for a long, long time and he backs his mate to come through the reaction and to win over the Chelsea boo-boys who were singing his name just a few months ago!

Pedro said:

“It was difficult for him but he can get through this.

He is strong mentally and very competitive. Cesc is a top player, a very good character in the team, he is a winner and it’s good he plays for us.

I understand why the fans are so upset. It’s normal when the team and coach are in this position.”
