Arsenal are preparing a bid for Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge.

The Mirror says Arsene Wenger will make a £30m bid for the England international as he looks to add a quality attacker to his ranks.

Sturridge is believed to be considering options after comments made by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp earlier in the season suggesting he ‘soft’.

The striker recently said: “I am someone who wants to play every minute of every match so maybe when I’m not starting, it’s hard to take.”
