Local resident and videographer Sebastien Politano, who captured footage of the astonishing moment, said one of the plane’s wheels made contact with the man.
Politano, 46, told MailOnline Travel: ‘The man has felt the wheel of the aircraft touching his right hand. He has shown me the little traces.
