Chelsea star Cesc Fábregas has been accused of driving his Aston Martin at 110mph in a 50mph zone.
The Spanish midfielder of Upper Belgrave Street in London, has been charged with exceeding the speed limit on the A3 in Claygate, reports Get Surrey.
At Staines Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, the 28-year-old – full name Francesco Fábregas Soler – pleaded not guilty to contravention of a Local Traffic Order through solicitors.
Addressing the court, prosecuting counsel Darren Matravers said the offence happened on Thursday January 15 this year.

A trial has been scheduled for Friday October 9, to be held at Guildford Magistrates’ Court.
The World Cup winner joined Arsenal from Barcelona in 2003, and became the London club’s youngest ever goalscorer.
Breaking into the first team in the 2004/5 season, he eventually became captain in 2008 – before returning to Catalan giants Barcelona in 2011.
Just before the start of the 2014/5 season, the central midfielder returned to London with Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea, where he won the Premier League in his first season.
