Manny Pacquiao is being investigated by the Nevada State Attorney General after it emerged he failed to reveal a shoulder injury before the $300m super-fight with Floyd Mayweather.
An official document, pictured left, featuring a health questionnaire shows Pacquiao answered ‘no’ when quizzed about possible shoulder injuries. He is now facing a year out of the ring after surgery, his doctor said.
Any misleading of officials could be considered a felony under state law, and can be punishable with a jail term. Pacquiao, pictured last night with his injured right shoulder in a sling, centre, complained after the fight of a long-term shoulder injury.
