Yesterday, Africa’s premier e-payments solution provider, eTranzact International PLC launched its new identity,vision and mission to members of the press at a closed door media event at Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Established in 2003, eTranzact has been at the fore of innovation in payment technology, creating solutions like Mobile Banking, PocketMoni, CorporatePay, WebConnectPlus, JustTopUp, etc; that have driven growth and development across different areas in government, private, SME and international markets.
In 2015, over N5.9 trn passed through the eTranzact platform in 110 million transactions, resulting in a growth of its turnover from 7.1 billion in 2014 to 8.6 billion. and profit before tax from 0.6 billion in 2014 to 1.1 billion in 2015. Signifying a 22% growth in turnover and 76% growth in profit before tax respectively.
The old logo which was designed by the CEO himself gave way to a newer. Modern and clean look which shows how much eTranzact has evolved, focusing on the role it has to play as enablers across different industries, whether individual, private or government.
Happily speaking about the rebranding at the launch, Valentine Obi, Founder and CEO, eTranzact International PLC said;
