EFCC Allegedly Recovers N1.2 Million From Alison-Madueke’s Abuja Home (Video)

On Friday, October 2, 2015, operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) raided the Abuja residence of the immediate past Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke.

This comes as she was reportedly arrested and subsequently granted bail in the UK on allegation of money laundering and other corrupt practices.

According to Vanguard, the EFCC operatives who raided her home in Asokoro reportedly recovered cash running into millions of Naira.

But a source who spoke anonymously revealed that only about N1.2 million was recovered from the premises.
