Azealia Banks has been suspended from Twitter after her vicious and controversial attacks on Zayn Malik and 14-year-old Skai Jackson.
The outspoken rapper caused a massive stir on Thursday as she hit out at the former One Direction singer with shocking racist and homophobic abuse, and now her account has been taken down from the site.
Attempting to access her profile brings up an error message, which reads: “Error – The account you are trying to view has been suspended.”
It comes after Banks returned to Twitter to explain why she launched into a vicious attack on Zayn Malik and later 14-year-old Skai Jackson on Tuesday evening.
The outspoken rapper caused a huge stir when she hurled racist and homophobic abuse at the former One Direction singer after accusing him of plagiarising some of her music video ideas for his futurist new video.
“Damn Zayn be mood boarding the s**t out of me… I’m not mad about this though. Zayn is a cutie pie,” she wrote alongside an picture collage of images taken from both their videos.
While Zayn didn’t directly respond to Azealia, he did tweet: “No lies… I see you reaching but I don’t care.”
She then aimed her vitriol at 14-year-old Skai who waded in to defend Zayn – but the Disney teen soon perfectly shut her down.
Almost a day after the drama kicked off, Azealia is now trying to give some justification to her bitter rant.
