Is Sonia Ibrahim, the sister of Nollywood actress, Juliet Ibrahim suffering from a mental disorder?

The false rumour might have generated from the leak of some steel set photos in her first movie production. The photos establish an insane Sonia in an inmate costume acting so weird like a mad person.
These were shots from her upcoming movie ‘The Number One Fan’ where she became possessed and acted like a mad person.
‘The Number One Fan’ is the first produced movie by her elder sister, Juliet Ibrahim. It stars Yemi Blaq, Kofi Adjololo, Juliet Ibrahim, AY (comedian), Emmanuel Mensah (U.S.A), Zainab and Keitta (BBA), Eddie Nartey, Narsh Smith among others and features: Majid Michel, Chichi Neblett, Sandra Ankobiah, Sister Deborah etc.

Nollywood, Super Eagles To Organize Novelty Football Match
A Novelty football match has been organized to mark Fred Amata’s 50th birthday!
The celebrity charity challenge will feature Nollywood Stars, actors, musicians, comedians TV&Radio personalities, playing against the 1994 nations cup winning Super Eagles team comprising of Kanu Nwankwo, J Jay Okocha and others.
The event will put the darlings of Nigeria’s celebrities in one venue, give to charity and also honour Nollywood Icon, Fred Amata on his 50th birthday.
The football match will be followed by A White Tie Charity Dinner at the Muson Centre on May 18,2013.

On April 8, 2013, the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN) organised in honour of the late actor, Justus Esiri, a tribute night at the open space of the O’Jez Bar in the National Stadium, Lagos.
The tribute night had the presence of top Nollywood acts including veteran actors Olu Jacobs, Joke Silva, Kanayo O Kanayo, Zack Orji, Zik Zulu, Keppy Ekpeyong, Segun Arinze, Femi Ogedengbe, Akeem Rahman, Tunji Bamishgin, Fred Amata, and Racheal Oniga.
Others include Benita Nzeribe, Desmond Elliot, Kelvin Ikeduba, Emem Isong, Ini Edo, Rita Dominic, Kate Henshaw, Chioma Chukwuka Akpota, Ifeanyi Dike, Otega, Okey Bakkasi, Teco Benson, Julius Agwu, Okey Bakassi, Mahmood Alli Balogun, Andy Amenechi amongst others.

Video: Homosexuality is Killing Nollywood – Mr Ibu
Nollywood star John ‘Mr Ibu‘ Okafor was a recent guest on Golden Icons interview session. The comic actor discussed about the rate of homosexuality in Nollywood.
Speaking with Ema Emerson Ibu clearly shows his disdain, stating that homosexualty was one of the two things killing the Nigerian movie industry, the other being piracy.
‘I’m sorry if my friends are involved. It is a virus and it is killing our industry. If there is any way in this world that people can make them stop it or kill it, please do it’, Mr Ibu stated.
‘God will punish you, because God did not advise you to do it. God desgined women and dashed us for free‘, the actor added.

Nollywood Veteran Actor Oludotun Jacobs popularly known as Olu Jacobs turns 70 Today. Olu Jacobs trained at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, England and has starred in several British television series and International films.
In 2007 he won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role, he’s happily married to Nollywood actress Joke Silva with children.

Nollywood Movies Awards – Glamour, Pictures, Winners and More
The first ever edition of the Nollywood Movie Awards finally took place on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
According to the organisers, ‘The essence of the awards is to celebrate Nollywood movies and the Nigerian culture within and outside the shores of the country‘.
The event, which started with a red carpet, officially began at 10pm, with an impressive turnout of Nollywood actors and actresses, unlike the nomination party, which had very few guests.

Nollywood Celebrity Birthday: John Dumelo
Today (Feb. 3) is the birthday of popular Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo. He is the last born and only boy of three children. He attended Christ the King International School, Accra (Ghana) for his primary school education. He attended Achimota Secondary School, Accra for his secondary school education.
He attended Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, from where he graduated with a BSc in Civil Engineering. He was the lead character in the popular TV series,About to Wed. The very first movie in which he featured was The King is Mine (2009). Since then, the handsome chocolate dark actor has gone on to establish himself as a major actor and fan favourite.

Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD) Survives Ghastly Car Accident
Nollywood actor RMD survives a ghastly car accident, The actor who is also the commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State, Richard Mofe Damijo, had survived a ghastly motor accident in Warri, Delta State, this morning.
He was rescued from the vehicle and taken to the hospital where he’s currently receiving treatment. Media reports revealed that the accident was not life threatening and he will soon be discharged but that may not be the case of his driver as his driver is said to be in critical condition at the hospital.
We however wish him speedy recovery.
