Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo was clearly upset when hauled off during victory at Athletic Bilbao.

Gol have released images from Saturday’s game at San Mamés in which a visibly cross Cristiano Ronaldo makes his way back to the subs’ bench after being taken off.

According to Gol, the player was seen mouthing: “Why me? F*** off”.

Ronaldo didn’t direct his words at coach Zinedine Zidane, whose outstretched hand he shook moments before, but when the player was on his way to the bench to sit with his team mates for the remainder of the match.

  1. sometimes one wonders as to the behavior of star players . with just ten minutes left of play I see no fault of Zizu substituting CR7 after all RM have a difficult quarter final UEFA tie against Bayern Munich . Zizu was tactically right to rest his star players for the first leg trip to the Alliance Arena .CR 7 should be growing in conducts please.
