Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has demanded Alvaro Morata be sold this summer.

Zidane has held talks with Real president Florentino Perez this week about the striker and Diario Gol says he’s made it clear he doesn’t want the striker around next season.

Zidane is furious with Morata after his blow up during victory over Sevilla.

Having given Morata a rare start, Zidane was forced to substitute the striker on the hour mark with the player struggling to make an impact. While shaking hands with his replacement, Lucas Vazquez, Morata refused to do the same with his coach and later TV cameras showed him cursing under his breath as he trudged off.

Zidane has blown his top and told Florentino in their meeting: “I don’t want to see him again!”

Morata is expected to sign for Chelsea this summer. Indeed, in Madrid, it’s suggested the striker could join the English champions officially as soon as the summer transfer window opens.
