Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres had mixed emotions after their home defeat to Champions League opponents Chelsea.
The former Spain international was confident that despite the defeat the team will roar back.
“For all the players it is fantastic to play a Champions League game in the new stadium,” he said.
“It was my 100th game in Europe, and unfortunately it didn’t end well, but now new challenges arise.
“After something bad, something good comes up.”
Torres went on to give his take on the match and admitted the Blues superiority.
“They were better and in the first half they were very comfortable,” he added.
“We were able to score a penalty goal and we got into the game, as we played very good for 15 minutes but then they equalised.
“We had chances but in the end they won.
“It hurts, but we shouldn’t lose our temper, as it depends on us to pass the [group] stage and that’s what’s important.”
