This vitamins and minerals are needed daily to keep you healthy and pretty…and they are yummy snacks as well. I mean who doesn’t like an apple?

Its better roasting your chicken than frying it, it’s tastier and has less fat. Even when frying it’sbetter to use olive oil, they may seem a bit expensive but are indeed better for your health.
4. SLEEP WELL
We need about 8 hours of sleep daily, it helps to keep our body and brain active. And top secret is, you look more happy and radiant after a good night sleep.
5.USE MULTIVITAMINS
Multivitamins are essential when you are having unbalanced diet. It is better to speak to your doctor for more about this.
6.REDUCE INTAKE SWEETENED DRINKS
It’s really unhealthy to take much of these drinks cus there are various chemicals that in excess can be really harmful to you in these drinks.
7.EXERCISE
No this doesn’t necessarily mean signing up at your local gym; It could be as easy as having a morning jog or walking instead of driving on short distances, Your body needs to be exercised in other to remain fit and healthy.
