MAVIN Records: The Rebirth and Beginning of a dynasty

It came as a shock to everyone when Michael Collins aka Don Jazzy and Pop Star Dapo Oyebanji aka D’Banj started their media exchange and the formal splitting of the Mo’Hits allstars, the legendary group with top artistes like Don Jazzy himself, D’Banj, Dr. Sid, Wande Coal, Tiwa Savage, D’Prince and K-Switch.

Many questions were on the lips of people, “What happens now”, a lot of others made various statements of how it was the end of Don Jazzy, but Liveofofo.com is proud is present to you;

It’s just like in the X-Men, or the fantastic four, where they go on to add a lot of other mutant friends to their family, but we are proud to present to you the original members of this new group of superstars;

Introducing;

Mr. Mavin: This marks the end of “Don Jazzy” (Honestly, we feel that name was kind of too small for him) and we introduce to you the brain behind the outfit. He’s a producer, director, song writer, business mogul, musician, people call him “The Brain” but we believe this suits him much more. Mr. Mavin just like Williams Xavier of the X-Men dynasty is going to be leading out this team with an iron-clad will…

Miss Mavin: The big question on everyone lips now is, “Is she going to go on to become the new woman in Mr. Marvin’s life”, only time will tell, and liveofofo.com will be here speculating and doing what we know how to do best. Miss Savage is yet to release her album, but we believe that this step in her life is one that will spur her to greatness; she brings into the group, the sweet voice, ferociousness and divaness ( liveofofo dictionary) that is needed in this group.

Mr Smooth: Lyrically and vocally speaking, this guy can charm a gun right out of the arms of any enemy, and that’s what he’s about to do. We used to know him as “Wande Coal”, but he’s back now as “Mr Smooth”, if you felt he hasn’t lived up to your expectations, just sit back and watch out.

Dr Magic: Unknown to many, this guy actually has a medical background, but we have come to know him as that guy that often has a rap pill for every headache, he’s taking his trade to another new level as “Dr Magic”, and after the commercial success of his 2010 album “Turning Point”, album title prophesying about this new change, we believe he has some magical lyrics and flows that are about to stun us in 2012.

Swagger Kid: Who is Swagger kid? He is none other than the one we called “D’Prince”, he is back and better. This guy whose every move exhibits swag is finally about to be seen in a different light, as liveofof.com can tell you that he has finally decided to go to that next level of his career.

The MAVINS are set to make their first appearance as a team, in this hot new compilation “ Solar Plexus” which is due to be released on the 8^th of May 2012.
